Following exacting construction standards, El Milagro Residences and Beach Resort will feature (553) condominium residences over eleven clusters of low-rise buildings as well as a very few ultra-exclusive beachfront penthouses and villas that comprise our Mansion Collection. Residence units range in size from (700) square feet (SF) to (2,300) SF with Studio, 1-, 2-, and 3- bedroom floor plans available. Penthouse and Exclusive Villa residences are (2,200) SF to (4,100) SF with 3-, and 4- bedroom floor plans that are custom designed to the needs and desires of their owners.
Residences come fully furnished; include a private terrace with fire pit and sweeping ocean views of the sparkling Pacific waters and beach access.
El Milagro Residences and Beach Resort is perfectly located in Puerto Nuevo, Baja, Mexico just (30) minutes from the San Diego, Tijuana border. The community itself is a special area, gathered along a bay and famous for its delectable lobster.
Puerto Nuevo is quieter and less developed than the busy town of Rosarito Beach (10 minutes north) yet close to the Guadalupe Valley wine country (40 minutes away) and Ensenada (also 40 minute drive South).
