Cap Cana in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic is being created to become the world’s best destination. SotoGrande at Cap Cana is the first resort real estate development to break ground in the several mile long white powder sand of Juanillo Beach. Sotogrande will be positioned perfectly oceanfront to the crystal blue waters and will back up to one of Cap Cana’s world class golf courses. It will be the desired address of vacation seekers and residents world-wide searching for the exclusivity and relaxation of one of the world’s finest beach locales.
SotoGrande is a several phase project being built by the well-known, five-star Spanish real estate development firm Alta Bella. When completed SotoGrande will be a compilation of luxury villa apartments, condo-hotel residences and a several hundred key boutique resort. There will be amenities and facilities dedicated to each section of the resort and some to be shared by all in the resort center.
Residences will be sold in at least two phases. Phase I is a prime selection of the highly desirable luxury villas. Phase I is currently available for sale (February 2009). Ground has just been broken and the villas have an expected delivery date of December 2010. Future releases of the condo-hotel residences are currently in the planning stage.
Owners can opt to place their residence into a rental program that will be managed by a five-star hotelier that is yet to be determined at this time.
